Prof. Anil Suraj, bearing a keen academic and policy interest in the World Trade Organization and its basket of multilateral agreements, including TRIPs, Mr. Anil Suraj is presently a Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and is particularly associated with the Centre for Public Policy.
Dr. Kalyan C Kankanala a well known expert in the field of Intellectual Property. During his illustrious career as an IP professional, Dr. Kalyan has worked closely with technology driven companies on IP protection, Strategic IP analysis, IP Audits, alliances and Licensing.
He is a visiting faculty at National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Kalyan has co-authored a path breaking work on Indian Patent Law, (published by Oxford University Press), which is the first book in India that addresses practice aspects of patent law.
Dr. Kalyan is an alumni of University of New Hampshire - School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Centre), USA and National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
Mr. Nishant Kewalramani an expert in international patent and trade mark law. Nishant holds a Masters degree in Intellectual Property Rights, Commerce & Technology from Franklin Pierce, USA and a B.Sc. LLB (Honors) from National Law University, Jodhpur. He is also a registered patent and trade mark agent. As a visiting faculty at NALSAR University of Law and IIM, Bangalore, Nishant offers courses on basic and advanced aspects of IP such as open source software, portfolio management, IP Risks and so on
